This is a great spread to serve with crackers and a good glass of wine.
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon sherry
Cayenne pepper to taste.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients and chill for several hours.
